This villa sleeps (15) 10 adults and 5 children in 5 bedrooms with 6ft x 6ft beds. The entire house can be rented for as little as £275 per week full year through for up to the first 4 persons occupancy (£5.60 per night each). For every additional adult, an additional £39 is added per week. Minimum rental is 1 week. This price includes electricity, wifi, cleaning at check in/check out, pool man and gardener. Price is all year round no seasonal increases.
